About Marysha

Marysha Brown has a background in education and training and experience in management and helping people with career transitions. She joined Voices of Hope in 2019 as the Operations Manager and found her passion for helping people develop their employment skills and opportunities. As the organization grew, her role changed and she found her niche as the HR Manager for the company.  Marysha completed her Society of Human Resources Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification in 2023.  She fosters a positive work environment dedicated to supporting the growth and success of every employee, ensures that our workplace remains inclusive, engaging, and dynamic. She plays a crucial role in shaping the company culture, recruiting top talent, and implementing programs that enhance employee well-being and career development. Marysha has a commitment to integrity and transparency to lead initiatives that empower our teams to thrive.
