Jimmy Chadwell serves as the President of Voices of Hope – Lexington, Inc. a recovery community organization in Kentucky. A person in recovery, Jimmy first joined VOH as a recovery coach in 2020, his commitment to accessible, person-centered support led him to take on increasing responsibility, eventually overseeing statewide recovery initiatives, including partnerships with specialty courts, county jails, and treatment providers.

As President, Jimmy leads an organization that continues to expand its reach and impact serving thousands of individuals annually through recovery coaching, transportation assistance, and harm reduction programming.
