About Jay

Jay Ingle is an attorney with the regional law firm of Jackson Kelly PLLC and practices out of the Firm’s Lexington, Kentucky office, where he focuses primarily on commercial litigation, equine law, labor & employment, and health law. Jay also regularly advises clients on various governmental, legislative, and regulatory matters.  He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky, as well as a  Masters in Public Administration from the University’s Martin School and his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Originally born in Lexington and now raising a family in Downtown Lexington, Jay enjoys giving back to the community and helping find ways to better serve those in need.
