Our Community Advisory Board (CAB) is led by Ashley Berkshire, chair.
Members of the CAB represent diversity of recovery pathways, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation with a particular emphasis on the inclusion of people who use drugs as part of our commitment to our expanded definition of recovery.
Staff
Our nearly 100 member staff is made up of 98% people in recovery. Our best guidance comes from those in recovery as well as those who have boots on the ground. Ideas for who to serve, where to serve, how to serve, how to manage programs, who to partner with are generated by staff.
